The best thing you can do for sure is draw from life and draw from reference! Find a whole heap of images of feet/shoes and just draw what you see, that’s how you get good at drawing anything really. Just practice practice practice! The best thing of course is to go to a life drawing session (usually they hold them in community halls or something like that and they’re super cheap, about 5 bucks a session!) and focus in on the model’s feet.
I’m still entirely craptacular at drawing shoes though, I think there’s a real art to it especially drawing specific types of shoes and brands. Definitely for shoes you need to have them in front of you or a photo handy when you’re drawing them, because how you remember the details is often not how they really are!
