I was listening to Invincible again the other day, and I swear the more I listen to Butterflies, the more I wish it had been a proper single with a music video and everything. I’ve had sort of a semi-idea for it for ages, but it’s so hard trying to translate it into a drawing when you have such a steady image in your mind….but basically to me it conjures up images of garden parties at night on rooftops overlooking the city, and animated/Disney-type glowing butterflies. This is kinda just some rough colour sketches, I really need to sit down and work it out properly!
Edit: Dang, tumblr lightened up the images! The contrast wasn’t supposed to be that high, and now you can see all my mistakes haha!
